Breaking the Silence › Testimony - a field that supposedly belongs to Palestinians. One day, they (the settlers) got fed up, so they burned the field.
As the olive harvest began this week, we have already seen price tag
attacks on Palestinian olive groves. As soldiers, we have witnessed
countless attacks like these but were unable to prevent them. In face of
loss of livelihood, and the violent potential these attacks possess,
our inability as security forces in the area to stop and prevent these
actions proves the impotence of the army against settler actions.
