All I can say is, if the director of one

wider crises has revolved around Israel’s role in world affairs. So,
with this revelation
it seems clear that the gloves will soon come off where Israel as the
instigator of crises is concerned. Bibi and Trump meeting in Washington,
the role of AIPAC in pressing for sanctions on Russia, Iran and North
Korea, and the provocative geostrategic role the Netanyahu government
has played equal overwhelming circumstantial proof of the tiny nation’s
responsibility for Middle Eastern chaos. Quoting Speyer:

As we organize to overturn the celebration of Columbus, it's worth
asking why he is so revered in the U.S.. Columbus didn't, after all, set
foot on the mainland continents. He
died convinced that he had reached Asia by the Western route. Yet
countless places across the country are named after him. In fact, the
honoring of Columbus goes hand in hand with our nation's embrace of
conquest and white supremacy.
For 18th century colonists who were revolting against the British
crown, Columbus was a useful figure for constructing a national myth. He
offered a lineage to European colonialism while bypassing the history
of the British Empire's settlement in America--for which the patriots
owed their immediate presence in the country, but which they were trying
to distance themselves from as they waged a revolution.
President Benjamin Harrison decreed the celebration of a holiday in
honor of Columbus in 1892, on the 400th anniversary of his mission.
Harrison presented a myth that dates the beginning of the American
project--not with the American Revolution in 1776, but with Columbus'
violence in the Caribbean nearly 300 years earlier.
Indeed,
Harrison's celebration of Columbus' voyage--the first national one--came
at a particular time in the ongoing war of the U.S. against Native
peoples. Just two years before, the Army carried out its notorious
massacre of Lakota people at Wounded Knee.
The "Manifest Destiny"
spirit of the time further comes through in Harrison's description of
the colonial success of Columbus and the U.S. as God-given: "[L]et there
be expressions of gratitude to Divine Providence for the devout faith
of the discoverer and for the divine care and guidance which has
directed our history and so abundantly blessed our people."
It
was Democrat Franklin Roosevelt who became the first president to
proclaim Columbus Day as a federal holiday after a joint resolution
passed by Congress in 1934.
In a 1940 statement on the holiday
that Roosevelt used as part of his preparation for war, he called on
Americans to continue Columbus's mission of projecting Western
civilization: "The promise which Columbus's discovery gave to the world,
of a new beginning in the march of human progress, has been in process
of fulfillment for four centuries. Our task is now to make strong our
conviction that in spite of setbacks that process will go on toward
fulfillment."
If any doubt remains about whether Columbus Day is
about the celebration of colonialism, white supremacy and the
whitewashing of the ongoing genocide against the Indigenous peoples of
the Americas, look no further than the latest presidential proclamation
of Columbus Day from Donald Trump:
"The permanent arrival of
Europeans to the Americas was a transformative event that undeniably and
fundamentally changed the course of human history and set the stage for
the development of our great Nation. Therefore, on Columbus Day, we
honor the skilled navigator and man of faith, whose courageous feat
brought together continents and has inspired countless others to pursue
their dreams and convictions--even in the face of extreme doubt and
tremendous adversity."

On this day 16 years ago, less than one month after 9/11, President George W. Bush delivered a televised address from the White House announcing the beginning of the Afghanistan War.
“On my orders, the United States military has begun strikes
against al Qaeda terrorist training camps and military installations of
the Taliban regime in Afghanistan,” he said.
What Bush did not say was the fact that the War in Afghanistan would
become the longest war in United States history. Thousands of American
lives and billions of taxpayer dollars would be wasted at the expense of
the U.S. war machine, and the “War on Terrorism” would only create more
terrorism as a result.
Over 31,000 civilian deaths have
been documented in Afghanistan following the U.S. invasion. It should
be noted that over the last few years, civilian deaths
have substantially increased—which serves as a reminder that the
situation is only getting worse.
The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan began
documenting civilian casualties in 2009. The combined number of
civilians who were killed and injured that year was nearly 6,000. The
number has steadily increased over the years, and in 2016, it reached a record high with nearly 3,500 killed and nearly 8,000 injured.

bid to achieve independence, who is leading it, and what their plans are
for the region should they succeed, is just as important.
Catalonia is one of the most prosperous regions of Spain, possessing a
population and GDP on par with or slightly above Singapore or Scotland.
It has enjoyed various levels of autonomy for decades and – unlike many
US-European “independence” projects around the world – could likely
emerge as an independent and prosperous sovereign nation.
For this fact alone, many people support and are enthusiastic about Catalan independence. "

If you get your news from mostly far left sources, chances are you’ve
heard YouTube and Google are censoring or blacklisting left and
progressive sites and content. Conversely, if you get your news from far
right sources, chances are you’ve heard YouTube and Google are
censoring their content as well. If you want to know which side is being
truthful in trying to expose their censorship, it is both of them.
In the last week, we’ve witnessed a massive crackdown on alternative
media — the likes of which are unprecedented. Quite literally overnight,
YouTube issued a sweeping update and demonetized thousands of video in
accounts across the political spectrum.
If you ask Paul Joseph Watson from Infowars.com, it’s because they are cracking down on pro-Trump pages. Pro-Trump personalities Diamond and Silk were also hit with the demonetization purge and they also claim it’s because YouTube is going after Trump supporters.
While both Watson and Diamond and Silk had their videos demonetized, the rabbit hole goes far deeper than just pro-Trump sites.
