Mining firm fined for ruining Aboriginal sacred site - Survival International
In a landmark judgment an Australian mining company has been fined for desecrating a sacred site of the Kunapa Aboriginals.
The ancient rock formation, known as 'Two Women Sitting Down', partly collapsed after explosives were detonated near the site.
