Australia: Terror and the ‘Islamic State’ Arrests | Global Research - Centre for Research on Globalization

DR. BINOY KAMPMARK: The Tuesday arrests of five Australian men in the
northern Queensland tropical city of Cairns suspected of wanting to join
the Islamic State campaign in Syria by the Australian Federal Police
seemed to be more farce than substance. It resembled, superficially, a
revamped variant of Jerome K. Jerome’s 1889 Three Men in a Boat (To Say
Nothing of the Dog)

Many have begun to refer to the Islamic State group as Daesh. | Photo: andaluciainformacion.es
