Hilel Garmi spent 107 days in Israeli jail for refusing to serve in
Israel's army. "I’ve thought the occupation of Palestine was immoral at
least since I was in eighth grade. But
it was the March of Return that played a large role in sustaining the
courage to say no to military service.”
