It’s curious that American advisers in Afghanistan, while citing the
decisions adopted at the International Conference on Afghanistan of
2011, as well as NATO’s Chicago summit
of 2012, are now forcing Kabul to reorganize its law enforcement
agencies. According to their proposal, this “reorganization,” which
should begin in early 2018, must result in the reduction of Afghan army
troops from its present level of 172,000 to just 136,000. Although
current president of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani, would decide to postpone
the implementation of the above mentioned measures until a ceasefire
agreement is signed with the Taliban, American advisers would force the
Afghan government to adopt the so-called “legislative decree” last
September anyway, changing the status of Afghan servicemen.

What do the the international experts on terrorism believe? The Central
Intelligence Agency in the USA has said for decades that terrorist
interest in weapons of mass destruction or WMD is growing. When former
Secretary of Defence Robert Gates was asked in 2010 by the media what
kept him up at night, Gates replied, “It’s the thought of a terrorist ending up with a weapon of mass destruction, especially nuclear.”
There’s a reason why Gates responded in such a way.
And yet, it has been over many years since such assessments about the
use of WMD by terrorists began to be publicised. There still has been
no major WMD attack by any terrorist group in the world to date. Still,
Gates knows what the threat really is.
The Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) was lanched specifically to
understand these potential threats. In the Nuclear Materials Security
Index (2014), its Co-Chairman and former US Senator Sam Nunn claimed,
“Today, nearly 2,000 metric tons of weapons-usable nuclear materials . .
. are stored at hundreds of sites around the world”. Some of those
materials, according to Nunn, are poorly secured and vulnerable to theft
or sale on the black market. Terrorist organisations have plainly
stated their desire to use nuclear weapons, and Nunn says that the
terrorists need not go where there is the most material; they will go
where the material is most vulnerable.

Kurd leader, is facing a major loss of powers from the Iraq Kurd
Parliament. In the middle of the fast-changing developments—whose
outcome is decisive to far more than the Middle East—is Russia and the
Russian state-owned oil giant, Rosneft.

On October 23, US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson “made a secret
two-hour visit” and the Washington Post noted he “flew from Doha to
Bagram [the massive US base]” while “a
total news blackout was imposed until after they left the country and
returned to Qatar.” It is a sad commentary on the state of affairs in
Afghanistan that after sixteen years of US military operations and
expenditure of over 800 billion dollars it is unsafe for the Secretary
of State to visit the place unless his travel is kept entirely secret
from the world — including the president of the country he is visiting!

What a joke that an ad supposedly taken out by "Russia-linked" sources
showing Jesus punching Hillary is supposed to have fixed the election in
Trump's favor. That's what Senators
want us to believe. Also, how ironic that Senator Ben Cardin delivered a
saber-rattling spiel against "Russian interference" at the National
Democratic Institute — an organization heavily financed by the federal
National Endowment Democracy, which has been caught interfering or
alleged to be interfering in elections in France, Panama,Costa Rica,
Ukraine, Russia, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Haiti and many other nations.

This year has not been very kind to Monsanto. First, collusion between
Monsanto and the EPA was revealed. Furthermore, Monsanto’s own head toxicologist, Donna Farmer, admitted that she “cannot say that Roundup does not cause cancer."
Monsanto’s promises of a safe, “drift-free” dicamba herbicide have
failed to materialize, as complaints have flooded into state
agricultural departments across the country. So far this year,
regulators have received nearly four years’ worth of complaints
regarding dicamba-related crop damage.
