"“We are really agitated. We have Japan, the United States, Canada, Australia, Russia, countries which have the biggest obligation to make in terms of emissions reductions and transition to low-carbon development. What we have seen here is that they are backtracking on their earlier commitments and we don’t see why we should continue with these negotiations," Mwenda says.
