#Stanford researchers have launched a crowdsourced study relying on volunteers to hand over their data in an effort to find out how much the #NSA can learn about their targets just through harvesting metadata. In order to show just how revealing the metadata can be, researchers Jonathan Mayer and Patrick Mutchler created the Android app “MetaPhone.”
