Afghanistan, Somalia and N. Korea top corruption list - Corruption - FRANCE 24:

Somalia, North Korea and Afghanistan were on Tuesday ranked by Transparency International as the most corrupt states in the world, according to the 2013 index of global corruption. Denmark topped the annual list while France was ranked 22nd.
