The European Council is set to agree a new system of 'contracts' for member states at its December meeting which will impose 'automatic austerity' across Europe.
A new leaked document obtained by CEO shows how the EU is trying to hide the devastating impact the new contracts will have on ordinary people, including job losses and attacks on the welfare state.
