One of the best ways to ensure that the bigger political questions
surrounding the Volkswagen scandal and broader emissions cheating are
seriously discussed (and lessons learned) is if the European Parliament
decides to establish an inquiry committee. On 26th November, the heads
of the political groups of the parliament will decide whether to create
