Turkey's latest moves
indicate that the country's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is doing his
best to revive the Ottoman Empire, according to Marcus Papadopoulos,
editor of the British magazine Politics First.
In an interview with Sputnik, Marcus Papadopoulos, editor of the British magazine Politics First, called Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's foreign policy a bold attempt to resuscitate the Ottoman Empire.
"The word muxuk refers to a woman who has been “desecrated”, a woman
whose social and spiritual world was destroyed and broken in all of the
areas of her life.

The reality that the candidates may not be substantially different
from each other constitutes one level of concern. Of even greater
magnitude is that the election results may be predetermined. The entire
campaign and electoral process may be a sham, a display to convince us
that the race—and therefore the future– is not fixed. In other words,
the elections may be a charade to sucker us into believing that we have
choice when we do not.
If we are living in a mock- up nation, wherein
the program has been predetermined and we are objects, rather than
subjects of our own future, one could conceivably see where the election
could be contrived to convince us that we live in a representative
democracy when we do not. If in fact we do not, the spin doctors may go
to some lengths to engineer our delusion. The proof of this could be
found in what is commonly termed “election fraud.”
A spokesman for the
Syrian Democratic Forces said that Kurdish militias drive Daesh militant
group from the Syrian town of Tell Abiad located near the
Syrian-Turkish border and killed 70 militants during the operation.
On Friday,
Iran voted in its first major elections since sanctions were lifted, and
the polls are being seen as a referendum of President Hassan Rouhani's
policies.
Initial counts show the reformists pulling ahead of conservatives in both the parliament and Assembly of Experts.

texte prévoit aussi la suppression des onze heures de délai entre deux
journées de travail. Rentrer chez soi prendre soin des siens, dormir
puis revenir à son poste en moins de onze heures ! Que chacun fasse le
compte de ce que cela implique comme genre d’existence. Faudra-t-il
amener son sac de couchage au travail ? Le texte revient sur la journée
de huit heures acquise depuis Clémenceau, et même sur celle de dix
heures acquise depuis 1900 ! Les apprentis devront travailler sans
limite horaire particulière. Et ainsi de suite. D’un article de la loi à
l’autre c’est une odieuse surenchère d’abus contre la condition
quotidienne des salariés et de leurs familles. Pas un emploi ne sera
créé de cette façon. Mais les journées harassantes de 10 ou 12 heures
ruineront la santé des salariés et abaisseront rapidement leur
productivité. Les salariés, les sans-emplois et les personnes hors du
circuit du travail salarié paieront tous très cher ce retour à la
condition des salariés du 19 ème siècle.
Déjà les syndicats de salariés se disposent pour organiser une action
nationale concertée. Formons le vœu qu’ils parviennent à s’accorder
pour mobiliser le plus largement. Mais toute la société doit les
appuyer. Car toute la société est concernée par ce nouveau cadeau au
secteur le plus borné du CAC 40. Toute la société doit pouvoir s’y
opposer. Il y a nécessité d’une action de tous, salariés ou non. Pour ma
part, je souhaite que soit organisée une marée citoyenne pour obtenir
le retrait de la loi. C’est possible, comme le montre la pétition
citoyenne en cours. Les syndicats qui ont arraché au fil du temps les
acquis sociaux dont nous bénéficions, les partis liés à l’histoire du
monde des salariés, les groupements de citoyens, tous unis devraient
pouvoir en prendre l’initiative. Ils en ont le pouvoir. J’appelle à se

dominating figure representing the Syrian government in Western media
for years now. Having delivered a number of fiery rebuttals to Western
governments and the claims made by their State Departments and media
mouthpieces, the political advisor to President Bashar al-Assad has
recently returned to the Western media circuit to respond to questions
regarding fighting terrorism in Syria and the upcoming implementation of
a U.S. – Russian brokered ceasefire there.
JOHN CLARKE: On February 17, a mass delegation of members and supporters
of the Ontario Coalition Against Poverty (OCAP) marched to Toronto City
Hall. We brought with us copies of a report we had put together called
Out in the Cold: The Crisis in Toronto’s Shelter System.
To protect its environment from the self-replicating pollution of GMO
plants, Hungary has set fire to 500 hectares of GM corn, according to
LaJos Bognar, Hungary’s Minister of Rural Development. The planting of
genetically modified crops is currently illegal in Hungary, and in 26
other countries around the world. Moreover, in at least 50 countries,
GMOs are required to be labeled.
Meanwhile in America, the USDA disallowed GMO labeling
and is promoting the continued commercialization of genetically
modified crops. Monsanto has entrenched itself within the American
political and legal systems, influencing politicians to sell out the
environment for profit.
TONY CARTALUCCI: The United States and Europe, along with many willing
collaborators have waged a series of wars and proxy wars stretching
across much of Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia.
The Brazilian Amazon is home to more uncontacted tribes than anywhere else on earth. We know very little about them.
But we do know that whole populations are being wiped out by violence
from outsiders who steal their land and resources, and by diseases like
flu and measles to which they have no resistance.
Listening to a roll call of the 86 women who were killed in 2013 by
their male partner or ex-partner is absolutely chilling. As Vanessa
Engle’s powerful documentary unfolds, it’s obvious that there is no
common thread to the murders other than perhaps the killer’s jealousy or
control issues. The women’s ages ranged from 23 to 80; some of the
couples had just met while others had been together for 30 years; and
they all lived in different areas, and had different cultural and
economic backgrounds.
Family members, friends and neighbours give
a more detailed account of seven of these deaths, turning them from
shocking statistics to real human stories. The phone call calmly made by
Anne-Marie Birch’s husband just after he killed her and the distress of
Joanna Hall’s sister when describing how a new boyfriend stabbed her
sibling to death is harrowing. There’s no commentary because none is
necessary.
TTIP is supposed to become a living agreement. The work of trade
negotiators, and their business allies, will continue in new
institutions such as private courts that privilege corporate power or
through regulatory cooperation. Those processes have no democratic
oversight and little concern for social and environmental issues. This
is why these four letters – TTIP – have become so notorious: their
direct association with threats to citizens and massive opportunities
for big corporations.
At the same time that the European parliament voted for an arms embargo
on Saudi Arabia over its bombardment of Yemen, British Prime Minister
David Cameron boasted of 'brilliant' arms sales to the country. Our

for World War I because of the difficulty they’d encountered in
defeating the Boers in South Africa between 1899 and 1901. After
illegally annexing the Transvaal in 1881, the British had been turned
back with a resounding defeat at the Battle of Majuba Hill (near
Volksrust, South Africa) by Paul Kruger. In 1889, as a result of the
discovery of vast wealth in gold and diamonds in South Africa, the
Rothschilds returned to loot the nation
with 400,000 British soldiers pitted against 30,000 “irregulars”
(farmers with rifles) whom the Boers could put into the field. The Boer
War was started by Rothschild’s agent, Lord Alfred Milner, against the
wishes of a majority of British citizens. His plans were aided by
another Rothschild agent, Cecil Rhodes, who later left his entire
fortune to the furtherance of the Rothschild program, through the Rhodes
Trust — a constant funding source for Rothschild agents, and the basis
of the entire “foundation” empire today.
The British fought a “no prisoners” scorched earth war, destroying
farms and mercilessly shooting down Boers who tried to surrender. It was
in this war that the institution of concentration camps — unsanitary
and fever-riddden — was brought to the world, as the British rounded up
and imprisoned anyone thought to be sympathetic to the Boers, including
many women and children. A report after the war concluded that 27,927
Boers (of whom 24,074 — roughly 50% of the Boer child population — were
under the age of 16) had died of starvation, disease, and exposure in
the concentration camps. In all, about one in four of the Boer inmates,
mostly children, died. This genocidal policy would next be used by the

concept to murder 66 million Russians between 1917 and 1967. There was
never any popular reaction to either of these atrocities due to media
control, which makes discussion of these calamities a taboo subject…

Multinational corporations dodge their tax responsibilities... and the people of the world pay the price.
