UN-recognized President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi is still out of power,
and the Houthi rebels still hold the Yemeni capital Sanaa.
Meanwhile, the humanitarian crisis grows more dire, with more than 80% of the population in need of aid at this time.
The UN has announced a ceasefire and talks set to begin in April.
