Why did all the mainstream media's obituaries for the recently deceased
"Blind Sheik" Omar Abdul-Rahman leave out his long ties to the CIA --
ties which they themselves once reported
on? This might be called the concept of the "immaculate conception" of
US (foreign) policy. There never is an acknowledged history of US
misdeeds that may have led to this or that current blowback. When there
is one it immediately gets buried, pushed out of sight, never to be
talked about.
