"Before the decision taken by the government of Spain approving the
application of article 155 of the constitution, which means the worst
attack on democracy and Catalonia since the dictatorship, Mossos for
independence said:
- The representative authority and we recognize
as ours is President Carles Puigdemont, the counselor Quim Forn and the
government democratically elected by all the Catalans in democratic
elections.
- The laws that emanate from the Parliament of Catalonia
and its representatives, will be at all times the laws that are valid in
our country.
-Our positioning is with citizens and their fundamental rights and their freedoms.
-We do not share the repression made by the FCSE during the referendum
on October 1, which altered the coexistence and normalcy of citizenship,
creating a pealabout where there was none.
- We condemn the
aggressions suffered by the citizens of Catalonia to exercise a basic
right such as exercising the vote freely. And we offer our support to
the victims of repression.
- The position adopted by the Government
of Spain, with the approval of Felipe VI, denying the claim by Catalonia
and the European institutions, and finally the option of applying
article 155 on Catalonia, represents de facto once a day 'State to the
legality in force, that they ask to respect but that are jumping to
oppress Catalonia again, as they have done throughout history.
