CATALONIA
In recent months Spanish law has totally lost its legitimacy.
The sentences of the ESP Courts, as well as the actions of the Public
Ministry have caused that the Spanish Justice becomes a "legal
injustice".
(3) It is expected that judges, prosecutors, and members of the ESP
Government, who are responsible for violations of fundamental rights,
will be held accountable to an international court for their actions.
(4) For Catalans, the Catalan Republic and freedom is always provided
that they act in a resolute and coherent way, if they doubt and accept
the legal / illegal orders of the ESP State, they will lose and they
will never again have the opportunity to make their Right to a State of
its own.
(5) The right to self-determination of the Catalan people will not be
achieved by obedience to Spain and its courts, only through massive
disobedience to the Spanish State, which, in fact, has already lost all
legitimacy in Catalonia because of its repressive behavior.
(6) La international community, only takes into account who effectively
controls the territory. While this is the ESP State, the Government of
Catalonia has no chance of successfully applying the right of
self-determination of the Catalan people.
(7) The objective of the Pp is to completely and definitively submit
Catalonia, to destroy the Catalan institutions and to perpetuate the
economic exploitation of Catalonia. Any resignation on the part Catalan
will help Spain and harm Catalonia.
(8) It would be a mistake to believe that Catalonia could negotiate a
more favorable reform of the Statute and continue in Spain without
further problems.
It's a whole or nothing for Catalonia. Spain will suffocate
economically and culturally Catalonia and will continue to be a colony
of the Spanish State.
(9) For every politician who is imprisoned by the Spanish State, it is
necessary that two more be issued. Who is afraid, lose. The prudence and
conviction that the just cause always ends up triumphant, will lead
Catalonia to the State itself.
(10) If Spain continues violating human rights and oppressing Catalonia
will become a "pariah" State that will be condemned, in the long run,
to international ostracism, as happened a long time ago in the Republic
of South Africa.
(11) Nobody likes to be a martyr. But in the current situation,
Catalonia needs patriots ready to sacrifice if necessary.
Junqueras and Puigdemont were and they are. Both deserve a place of
honor, not only in the History of Catalonia, but also in that of the
whole of Europe.
