Ethiopian Airlines Jet Hijacked by Co-Pilot: Geneva Airport Boss - NBC News.com

A Rome-bound Ethiopian Airlines jet was forced to land in Switzerland
after the co-pilot locked the pilot out of the cockpit while he was in
the bathroom and took control of the aircraft in an effort to claim
asylum.
After landing the plane safely, the co-pilot then
escaped the plane on a rope hanging out of the cockpit window, but was
then detained by authorities - NBC News, Reuters
