‘I’m afraid the future will be a nightmare’ | Amnesty's global human rights blog
The Olympic torch relay arrived today in the Russian city of Sochi,
where athletes from around the world are about to compete for medals and
glory. But behind the glamour lies a disturbing tale of discrimination
and hate that has been making life increasingly worse for LGBTI people.
Amnesty's Lene Christensen recently met a young gay man in Sochi and
recounts his harrowing story here.
