THE EUROPEAN UNION PUBLIC SERVICE EXPECTED TO DELIVER A MULTINATIONAL ROOTING FOR CAPITALISM.
Wikileaks puts in a paper on the Negotiations on Trade in Services
(TISA) that confirms the intention of the European Union to deliver
public services to large companies. When the scandal created by the
leaking of three secret documents on the negotiations free trade
agreement between the U.S. and the EU (TTIP) was beginning to be
forgotten, a new confidential text has come to light.
This time
it has not been Fíltra.la but who has allowed Wikileaks filtering; The
document does not speak of TTIP, but the Agreement on Trade in Services
(TISA, for its acronym in English), a treaty that the EU processed in
parallel with two dozen countries, including USA, Australia, Japan,
Australia, Mexico and Canada. An agreement "negotiated in secret to make
a frame for liberalization of all services in the future," said the
newspaper Diagonal Pablo Sanchez, head of communications at the European
Federation of Public Service Unions (EPSU). The goal, Sánchez: "Ensure
that the greatest part of the services may be negotiable, particularly
those who are perceived as public services today."
WHAT BRINGS NEW FILTRATION WIKILEAKS?
Pablo Sánchez, Wikileaks filtering is a new tool to confirm that there
is an initiative orchestrated against the public sector, explains this
union:
"... The leak shows that the fear we had the will to
corner the existing utility was not unfounded. The tactic is that all
'new service' or can be divided existing one should be put on the market
and render meaningless the definition of public service. A hospital
will remain a public service (the award), but everything that happens
inside is in private hands. Whenever I give benefits, of course. That
what we are negotiating ... "
For Sanchez, it is clear that this is a joint offensive with the free trade agreement with the U.S.:
"... The same countries, the same cabinets negotiations ... Come on, if this is coincidence have bad luck ..."
With the negotiation of these treaties is not only involved the
privatization of public services, but also ensure that the
privatizations in the past does not have reverse, so Sanchez goes on to
explain:
"... Which is really on the agenda is to prevent the
re-nationalized and re-municipalicen services were privatized, given in
concession to 20 or 25 or in public-private partnership through a
mechanism, again, of international arbitration. As they are doing to
Argentina, deterring potential cost governments or authorities of those
policies ... "
BUSINESS SERVICES.
To understand the origin
of TISA must go back to 2001, when the Doha Round of the World Trade
Organization will do away with all barriers and limitations for world
trade. After the failure of negotiations and after the failure of the
Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA), the great powers took to sign
bilateral and multilateral progress in trade liberalization agreements.
The pressure group is currently promoting the TISA and TTIP, Pablo
Sánchez complaint, called U.S. Coalition of Service Industries.
"This agreement is a sponsor and is the financial services lobby in the
United States. Given the stagnation of the Doha round, a coalition of
countries, which calls itself "the best friends of the services," has
been to negotiate, as it represents 90% of world trade in services. His
goal is to open all possible utilities market: education, social
services, environmental services, health and so on, "Sanchez says.
A new form of colonialism.

The existing ideological
umbilical cord between the right of the EU to the U.S., is promoting
groups ultra fascists in "defense" of a false democracy, behold the
results of the European elections, where fascism has been strengthened
with the coverage of powerful media of economic power and silencing the
opposing voices like Wikileaks founder JULIAN ASSANGE.
Colonialism HAVE DIFFICULTY IN CHINA G77 +.
Clearly the G-7 growing strength lost in the World, remember that two
thirds of the countries of the United Nations, are aligned in the G-77 +
China, so as voices are heard they say that the UN is riddled with
Communism; Communism? Because fighting for social welfare?,? Communism
because it promotes public ownership?, Because communism? Fight against
ultra-nationalist? Fascism, which if so will we declare Communists.
MORE THAN EVER NEED UNIT LEFT PROGRESSIVE.
With the leak of the new Wikileaks documents, plans blacks Capitalism
and the current leaders of the European Union, the privatization of
public services without massive way back after being discovered; I would
be the biggest insult to the sovereignty of the countries of the
European Union and especially in Spain, which is governed by the
political children of Franco, enjoying an absolute majority in Congress,
and are implementing a capitalist policies, making the third world
country, with a never before seen poverty, starvation wages and free
dismissal; likewise are attracting large mafias with tax incentives,
even to forgive an amnesty embarrassing riches of doubtful origin, it is
not surprising that criminal groups settle in Spain, so we are
confident that Spain will be the laboratory Merquel .
Behold the
need for the progressive Left to become a single block of struggle, we
have an obligation to be alternative government for the next general
election, to protect public property, public services, social welfare
and drive to Fascism in Europe .
