Marjory van den Broeke of the European Parliament’s press office joins Jennifer Baker to discuss the European Parliament’s upcoming debate on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP).
Negotiations on TTIP have been on-going since 2013 and the European Parliament is setting out its stance on the EU-US trade deal. Debate on the resolution will be contentious, “don’t be surprised but there are almost 900 amendments” says Van den Broeke.
