TISA: public services at risk of privatization

Colombia - still undigested impact for the Medellin public assets by
the merger and UNE-Millicom the approval of the Agreement 01 with the
known risk to the viability of EPM, walking steadily a draft national
law and an international secret negotiations, which show a latent
threat: the voracious appetite for privatization of public services in
Colombia and in the world.
The 030 Bill 2014, which makes reading

utilities (Art. 18 and 19 of Law 142 1994), allowing other activities
that deviate from the original object, in what seems a path libretto for
