TPP and secrecy: how does matter

The rules of international trade for the XXI century are trading in the
Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP in English), where twelve
countries of the Pacific Rim (1) involved. One of the main issues has to
do with an issue that seems to be in form and not substance. The
"supersecretismo" negotiations
After more than two years of
meetings is not known even one of negotiating texts: intellectual
property, the environment, foreign investment, government procurement,
labor standards, settlement of disputes between investors and states, to
mention the most important. Only texts "filtered" by Wikileaks, which
has angered the government.
The issue here is that the
(secrecy) is also the background are known, because not only matter
"what is agreed "but also the" how "he remembers. In these days US
President Obama wants to make the TPP, or yes, seeing it as an essential
part not only of the "commercial" but its geopolitical strategy (try to
counter the advance of China rather than, say many analysts it is no
longer possible to achieve).
