Yahoo may have let the government spy on emails. Now will we embrace encryption? | Trevor Timm | Opinion | The Guardian

 Today, Reuters
revealed that Yahoo secretly installed a software program in 2015 that
searched ALL its users' emails at the behest of US intelligence
officials. This has dire implications for everyone's privacy and
security.
