it did make references to the hacking groups CozyBear and FancyBear as
well as a list of more ridiculous names
for alleged Russian hacker groups, such as CakeDuke, CrouchingYeti,
Energetic Bear, EVILTOSS, OLDBAIT, and SEADADDY.
