The Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity : Presidential War is Unconstitutional
The Obama Administration is using the 9/11 authorization to go after
those who attacked the US 15 years ago to go to war against the
al-Shabab group in Somalia. Two
problems: al-Shabab has not attacked us nor can it threaten us and two
it didn't even exist when the 9/11 authorization passed. Will Congress
continue to slumber through its Constitutional obligations?
