The Trump Administration announced a major US military deployment 
into Syria (without permission) to take Raqqa back from ISIS and give it
 to "moderate" Syrian rebels and to keep
 US-backed YPG fighters from killing Turkish-backed fighters in Manbij. 
Meanwhile the Russians are already in Manbij...at the request of 
US-backed YPG fighters! Does any of this sound legal under US or
