The US Senate's Intelligence Authorization act contains language
specifically targeting Wikileaks and its leader, Julian Assange, as a
"non-state hostile intelligence" that
works with foreign actors to undermine US security. This dangerous move
opens the doors to US covert -- and overt -- actions against Wikileaks,
which in fact is a publisher of documents leaked by whistleblowers.
