U.S. Gov’t, Prepping For Verdict In Former Thai PM’s Corruption Trial
The family of former Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra, who is
currently on trial for corruption, has ties to the U.S. that stretch
back decades. The U.S. is preparing for
the potential destabilization of Thailand following her trial, as it
hopes to put her back in power to further its own regional interests.
