Spanish intelligence services have a reasonable suspicion that the National Security Agency (NSA) has tracked millions of telephone conversations, SMS or emails to or from in Spain, as in France or Germany. The consolation is that they are convinced, and so is the government itself that the powerful U.S. agency dedicated to intercept communications on a global scale has not spied on the Spanish political change, as it has done with Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff , or the Mexican president Felipe Calderon .
