“We, CyberBerkut, in protest against legitimization of crimes of the
Kiev junta, have completely destroyed the network and computer
infrastructure of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine. Taking on
full responsibility we declare that the united informational and
analytical system “Vibory” created under the complete control of the
United States has ceased to exist,” the website of the CyberBerkut
activists says.
