Breaking the Silence › Tours - Hebron

Hebron is a microcosm of the brutality and
complexity of the 47-year-old Israeli occupation. Over the past two
months we continued to visit Hebron and witnessed the destructive
consequences of both "Operation Protective Edge" and "Operation
Brother's Keeper", on the Palestinian population in the region. In
particular, we saw the settlers' manipulative attempt to use the
national tragedy to change facts on the ground.

Operation
"Brother's Keeper" began as a search for the three kidnapped Israeli
youth, though a mounting air of vengeance turned it into collective
punishment. Residents of Hebron, and the Occupied Territories at large,
were the ones who paid the price for this operation.

Now more
than ever, it's time to visit Hebron. Join us on a tour to hear about
the city through the stories of the soldiers who served within it, to
see the consequences of the past few months of violence, and to
understand the reality of the Occupation and the moral price Israeli
society pays for it.
