In Malakal, South Sudan's Abysmal Tragedy Cannot Be Ignored

Flooded camps, cholera, and a looming malnutrition crisis; in his second blog from South Sudan for The Huffington Post, MSF Executive Director Stephen Cornish describes what he saw on his recent visit to Malakal.

"MSF has been struggling to contain multiple medical scourges at its hospital inside the UNMISS camp. Crammed tightly with cases of malnutrition, kala azar, pneumonia and tuberculosis, the wards seem to overflow like the unending rains with the sick and infirm."
