A few days ago, a Kurdish man called a friend in Kobanê and was shocked
to hear an ISIS militant picking up the phone. When ROAR called back,
the defiant jihadist delivered a chilling admission: “Erdoğan has helped
us a lot in the past. He has given us Kobanê. But now we don’t need him
anymore. After Kobanê, Turkey is next!”
