Le gouvernement catalan a annoncé mardi le maintien d'un vote symbolique qu'il entend organiser le 9 novembre sur l'indépendance de cette région d'Espagne, en dépit du blocage de la consultation par la justice. De plus, le porte-parole de l'exécutif de la région Francesc Homs a annoncé "la saisine du Tribunal suprême" pour dénoncer l'"atteinte au droit de participation, à la liberté d'expression et à la liberté d'opinion" par le gouvernement.
