Iraqi Mendaeans, one of the oldest mesopotamian communities, are fleeing
ISIS in fear of their lives. The community has been obliterated in Iraq
- according to a Human Rights Watch report from 2011, 90% have either
died or left the country since the invasion by the U.S.-led forces in
