Washington's claim that it is attacking Syrian government forces in
"self defense" is an absurdity. The US is illegally in Syria. It has no
legal mandate. Self defense does not
apply. So what's this about? The US is backing yet another jihadist army
to take Deir Ezzor and it is determined that the Syrian government will
not ruin Washington's plans for regime change. A bigger war is very
close...
