The US claims that the Syrian jet it shot down was attacking US-backed
forces in Syria. The Syrians claim it was attacking terrorists
affiliated with ISIS and al-Qaeda. But they're both right. They are
terrorists who have been affiliated with ISIS and al-Qaeda...and they
are US-backed!
