"Russiagate"-obsessed US Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) may have finally
flipped his lid. He told a University of Pennsylvania crowd late last
week that "Russian bots" are secretly
promoting the Second Amendment of the US Constitution on social media to
try and get Americans to "kill each other every day."
