Spanish national police arrested WITHOUT ANY COURT ORDER 16 people
yesterday for a charge of public disorders which supposedly took place
several months ago. The detainees included 2 majors, 1 photo-journalist
and the nephew of the Catalan president and some of them were handcuffed
by unidentified policemen. Legal assistance was denied as the lawyer
spoke Catalan.
