Important news on #glyphosate
safety assessment by EU agencies EFSA (food safety) and ECHA
(chemicals): the first ever independent analysis of the confidential
industry dataset they used in their work points to possible severe
omissions!
The dataset was obtained through two access to documents requests by CEO and Green MEPs.
One lesson, again, from all of this: products put on the market (and in
our bodies) should only be evaluated on the basis of published
scientific evidence, not confidential data submitted by producers!
