Trois points sont à retenir. Tout d'abord, la Commission a entendu la demande française d'aller vers plus de
transparence dans les négociations. Ignacio Garcia-Bercero, le
négociateur européen de l'accord (TTIP), a rappelé la création d'un
groupe d'experts au niveau européen ainsi que le lancement début mars
d'un processus de consultation publique sur le volet investissements du
traité.

Ensuite, l'enjeu de cet accord est "bien posé". Compte tenu de son ampleur, il s'agit de la "régulation de la mondialisation", pour reprendre les mots de Monsieur Demarty.
