The only exception to comply with paragraph on Electronic Commerce

put on a silver platter companies control data from hundreds of millions
of citizens living in the 50 countries that sign. The multinationals
have carte blanche to store, process or transfer personal information
"provided that such action is in connection with the business management
of that service provider," which in practice means giving free rein to
the corporations and their subsidiaries. In fact, the only exception to
the fulfillment of this agreement to the US is the defense of "essential
security interests" of the countries that signed the Trade in Services
Agreement (TISA), the European Commission negotiates with the utmost
secrecy in the name of 28 states of the Union.
