The 275 Members of Congress that Voted For The Dark Act

Whatever
your views on GMOs, there is no Constitutional justification for the
federal government to preempt state laws in this area.

Our friend Anthony Gucciardi of Natural Society summed it up pretty well:

We’re
talking about a bill that was drafted up by the Grocery Manufacturers
Association (GMA), and pushed on us by all the usual suspects. All the
ones who are afraid of you actually knowing what’s in your food. Because
even if you don’t care about the genetic alteration of your food, you
most certainly should be concerned as to whether or not it has been
doused in Monsanto’s cancer-linked herbicides.

I highly recommend you read Anthiony's entire article: http://naturalsociety.com/ban-gmo-labeling-today-under-dark-act
