APA to Recommend End of Participation in Torture | Al Jazeera America

















The board of the American Psychological Association will propose reforms to its ethics guidelines [PDF]
reported to prohibit psychologists from participating in any national
security interrogations. The new strictures will be unveiled later this
week in Toronto at the annual meeting of the United States' largest
professional organization for psychologists.
