Christopher Black: Watching the addresses to the General Assembly of the
United Nations by leaders of the major powers was a lesson in the use
and abuse of power. The address made to the General Assembly by
President Putin on behalf of the Russian Federation contrasted sharply
with the address made by President Obama, for the United States.
