Ukraine's ultimatum 9 a.m. deadline passes in east, four dead in Sloviansk (LIVE UPDATES)
Interim President Oleksandr Turchynov 's 9 a.m. deadline for
pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine to lay down their arms has
passed. Turchynov threatened to launch “a full-scale anti-terrorist
operation” against separatists, but promised not to prosecute those who
surrendered before the deadline.
