THE First NDAA DOCUMENTARY IS HERE!!!
This is part one of a three
part video series of the most comprehensive and up-to-date depiction of
the 2012 NDAA, from its passage by Congress, to citizens’ national and
local (Oregon) battles for legal protection and the law’s repeal.
The 2012 NDAA was signed into law just over 5 years ago, and it remains
as one of the most dangerous legal threats to Americans Constitutional
rights. It's legal history provides the best opportunity for Americans
to plainly see the Constitutional failures of our federal system of
'checks and balances' during the ongoing war on terror.
Unfortunately today, despite 5 years of failed congressional amendments
to the law, the 2012 NDAA STILL authorizes the indefinite military
detention of any American citizen inside the U.S. without charge or
trial. This lack of action at the federal level emphasizes the need for
concerned citizens to begin acting at the state and local levels to
assure the protection of their rights. This video is aimed to help
citizens in that fight.
